His staff includes his dedicated-to-the-point-of-annoying assistant, Dwight Schrute, office receptionist Pam and likable sales rep Jim. During the six episodes of Season One, Dunder-Mifflin tackles tough subjects like company layoffs, diversity initiatives, health care and office alliances.
